Open to gymnasts aged 6 and above who are looking for a more intense program. Sessions last two hours, with up to six hours of training per week. This program is ideal for gymnasts who have developed a passion for the sport and are ready to be introduced to the USA Gymnastics Junior Olympic syllabus.

Our development program for ages 3-5 offers two disciplines - rhythmic and artistic gymnastics, with sessions lasting one hour, up to three times per week.
