Open to gymnasts aged 6 and above who are looking for a more intense program. Sessions last two hours, with up to six hours of training per week. This program is ideal for gymnasts who have developed a passion for the sport and are ready to be introduced to the USA Gymnastics Junior Olympic syllabus.

An invite-only program requiring a minimum of four hours of training per week. This squad emphasises commitment, dedication, and rigorous training, with opportunities to compete against other clubs in the UAE & regionally.
