Our top-tier, invite-only program for gymnasts training at level three and above. This squad requires a minimum of six hours of training per week, focusing on advanced skills, self-awareness, and independence. Gymnasts in this program have the opportunity to compete both locally and internationally, with years of dedication to the sport.

Open to gymnasts aged 6 and above who are looking for a more intense program. Sessions last two hours, with up to six hours of training per week. This program is ideal for gymnasts who have developed a passion for the sport and are ready to be introduced to the USA Gymnastics Junior Olympic syllabus.
